What programs and files are supported?
Ringo Desktop Presets are created to edit RAW files in Adobe Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic CC.
We recommend shooting and editing in RAW for the best results, but these presets can be used on jpegs with a bit more tweaking.
How do I install the presets?
Once the presets are downloaded, you will receive a detailed PDF with step-by-step instructions for installation.
What do I do if my download link expires?
The link to download expires in 24 hours, so we recommend downloading and storing your presets as quickly as possible. The products do NOT expire, so when the link expires, they will not be removed from your computer. If you cannot find them, we suggest checking your downloads folder. If you’ve lost all files, email haley.ringo@gmail.com with your order number and we can refresh your download.
Can I use the desktop presets on my phone?
Ringo Desktop Presets are formatted for RAW files, but we’ve created mobile presets formatted for iPhone and Android photos, here.
What equipment do you shoot on?
I shoot with Canon 5D Mark IV cameras and a variety of lenses!

How do I fix weird skin tones?
In the Lightroom Mobile App, open the image you want to edit. Scroll on the editing bar until you find the color button. Select “mix,” choose orange or red, then manipulate the saturation and luminance to desired tone.
The presets don’t look the same on all of my pictures. Why?
Images are taken in different environments with different lighting, the preset settings will apply uniquely to each image. We recommend correcting the exposure and white balance for each individual image to maintain consistent editing!
